This beautiful Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from 5 plots located across Puligny-Montrachet village with total area of 2.22 ha:

  • Les Bluses: 0.29 ha, planted in 1990

The wine is fruity and elegant with aromas of apple, quince and citrus zest. Soft and lifted on the palate with creamy texture, gentle vanila tones and gunpowder aftertaste.

The wine was aged in the oak for 10 months. 2023 was fantastic vintage in Burgundy.

The Chavy family has been known in Burgundy for more than 200 years. In 2003, Alain Chavy decided to separate from his brother Jean-Louis Chavy and take a revolutionary path. He uses old large oak barrels for aging his wines, in order to fully express the fruit character of "Chardonnay" from the village of Puligny-Montrachet – home to the finest Chardonnay grapes in the world.

Alain owns the deepest cellar in the village of Puligny-Montrachet.
