This 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay, based on the 2022 harvest, has an innate complexity on the palate thanks to the inclusion of at least 45% reserve wines in the blend. Perpetual Reserve, inspired by the solera method, has wines from more than 25 different vintages, with the oldest dating back to 1988. 
 
Very delicate and pure. Melting water, a hint of pepper, yellow apples and apricot. There is a sense of complexity and a confident character. After the wine has breathed in the glass for about 10 minutes, notes of baked goods and brioche, almonds, orange and lemon zest emerge. On the palate, it is delicate, like nectar, with soft bubbles. Light minerality, a hint of smoke, fruitiness and pastry. A creamy texture and an incredibly long finish.
