Taste: Highly concentrated, yet not lacking in delicacy, with 10.5% alcohol. Delicate tropical fruits, herbs, lemon marmalade. Although the wine has a slight residual sweetness, it feels as though it were dry. It could therefore be called ‘The Art of Making a Dry Auslese’
